Are You tired of the same old Results? I know I am!

Dean Heller taking things head on!Yes, we all know the definition of insanity. It’s doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results!

We see this kind of  "insanity" all of the time, and all often we see it in Washington. Unfortunately, we also see it in our own backyard too. But this time we Nevadans can do something about it!

I’ve added a new link in the right sidebar (here) which is something I think you’ll find interesting. I think we’ll call it the Nevada Republican Teeter-Totter. It truly is an exercise of doing the same thing over and over again… and getting NO results!

Check out below just how well Dean Heller and John Ensign do with taking care of children and health services for Nevadans. (This comes from the new link here.)

The Nevada Home Buyer: where they come from.

I thought you would find this article about Nevada home buyers interesting. I found it in the Las Vegas Sun.

The top ten states where Nevada home buyers are based are:

1. California (no surprise here)
2. Utah (this surprised me, as I haven’t seen that many folks from Utah buying homes in South Lake Tahoe.)
3. Illinois
4. New York
5. Washington
6. Texas
7. Colorado
8. Arizona
9. Florida
10. New Jersey

Thoughts on Memorial Day

I think about how grateful we are as a nation for the sacrifices made by our military to protect and preserve our cherished liberties and wonderful way of life. I think about this a lot, and it seems these heartfelt sentiments are even better felt each Memorial Day.

Yesterday, I got an email from my friend General Wes Clark who was doing an event with Jill Biden for a non-partisan, non-profit group called Beyond Tribute that launched a campaign yesterday to convince stores to donate a portion of their holiday promotion proceeds to medical treatment and family support for our veterans.

I think this is one terrific idea. See more about it here.
